Course Details
The course winds through the spectacular Seven Forks gorge, past four hydroelectric dams, through lush riverine forest and open savannah terrain. Expect challenging elevation changes and stunning views at every turn.
Start/Finish: Seven Forks Hydro Complex
Terrain: Trail (40% road, 60% trail)

Race Kit Collection
Collect your race bib, timing chip, and kit at the venue from 6am on race day or the evening before.
Nutrition & Hydration
Water stations every 2.5km. Bring your own nutrition gels for distances of 10km and above.
Official Photography
Professional photographers at start, finish and key scenic spots. Photos available 48hrs post-race.
Finish Line Ceremony
All finishers receive medals. Prize-giving ceremony at 12:00pm for category winners.
